SOF Group Facilitator Training starts on February 15th 2026 DATES / TIMES – Sundays on dates specified below: February - July 2026 16:00-18:30 Israel time Total 12 sessions The SOF Group Facilitators Training provides an opportunity for graduates of SOF Course Levels 3&4 to develop skills and acquire tools to facilitate SOF processes in and with groups of their own. The training will provide an intimate environment to cultivate the awareness and capacity necessary to hold a group while moving through themes of SOF 1. With 4-6 participants, the SOF Group Facilitators in training will journey over a 12-session exploration, including stations looking at boundaries, ethics, holding the space, adapting facilitation for non-Focusers, etc. Once the foundations of facilitating an SOF group with Focusers and non-Focusers have been established, participants in the training will begin implementing the learning with groups of their own. Working with a group is an integral part of the training and of the growth and development of SOF Group Facilitators. To support this, the training includes group supervision where participants can raise their experiences and challenges in the field for discussion and shared exploration. In addition, each trainee will have at least one 1-to-1 session with Yehudit during the course. Graduates of the SOF Group Facilitators Training will be able to integrate SOF into their group processes, allowing for different elements of SOF to be present with their groups, while expanding and modifying as the need organically arises in real time. Coming from a place of being fully present, SOF Group Facilitators navigate the field with flexibility and flow, while remaining connected inwards to themselves and outwards to the group.
