SOF course level 3 starts on October 14th, 2026 Once a week on Wednesday, 17.00-19.30 Israel time Total 8 sessions SOF Level 3 is the first part of an experiential two-course journey that brings SOF into dialogue with Erik Erikson’s theory of psychosocial development. Through Focusing, relational exploration, and the living experience of the group, we revisit the first four developmental stages: • Trust vs. Mistrust • Autonomy vs. Shame and Doubt • Initiative vs. Guilt • Industry vs. Inferiority These early developmental movements do not remain in the past. They continue to live within us, in how we trust, act, take our place, express ourselves, meet challenges, and relate to others. By approaching them through SOF, we listen not only to what unfolds within each of us, but also to what comes alive between us and within the group. This creates opportunities to meet long-held relational patterns with greater presence, compassion, and curiosity. To discover new possibilities for growth and connection. Alongside the shared group journey, each participant chooses a personal experiential project: an area of life or work in which they wish to deepen and integrate SOF. Through practice, reflection, and ongoing exploration, the project allows SOF to become increasingly rooted in the relationships and places that matter most to us.
