SOF Consultation and Practice Group

SOF Consultation and Practice Group starts on October 6th 2024 Once a month on Sundays, 18.00-19.45 Israel time Total 6 sessions Providing an opportunity for SOF graduates to share their SOF experiences and receive input and consultation from Yehudit and fellow participants, the purpose of the consultation group is to continue the assimilation and integration of SOF into our professional and personal lives. In a structured frame, in each monthly session, Yehudit will raise a topic connected to relationships in our lives to be explored in an experiential SOF way. Participants are encouraged to bring questions and situations arising in their interpersonal lives for shared exploration together, which may include: - How are we bringing SOF to the people that we work and live with? - How can we adjust SOF tools to meet the current needs of the people we are working with and living with? - How can we use SOF to deal with stuck projects or situations in our lives on a personal & professional level? - How is it to practice SOF with someone you don't really want to?
