Welcome to the SOF Course - Level 3! In this transformative program, our focus will be on Erikson's theory of Psychosocial Development. We will delve into deeply ingrained developmental conflicts, exploring their impact on the formation of meaningful relationships, and learn how to foster continuous growth. The SOF 3&4 courses comprise two parts, each consisting of 8 sessions. In SOF-3 we will integrate SOF tools with the first four stages of Erikson's theory to uncover and heal painful conflicts that accompany us in daily life. In Level 3, we will concentrate on the following stages of psychosocial development: • Trust vs. Mistrust • Autonomy vs. Shame and Doubt • Initiative vs. Guilt • Industry vs. Inferiority The course will involve experiential exploration and personal projects, allowing you to integrate SOF tools into your personal and professional lives.
