SOF Course - Level 4 / 2025 Building upon the foundation established in SOF-3, Level 4 continues our exploration of Erikson's Theory of Psychosocial Development. In this second set of 8 sessions, we will integrate SOF tools with the remaining four stages of Erikson's model, further uncovering and addressing deeply rooted conflicts. The Psychosocial Development stages explored in SOF Level 4 are: • Identity vs. Confusion • Intimacy vs. Isolation • Generativity vs. Stagnation • Integrity vs. Despair SOF 3&4 is a comprehensive program designed to equip participants with the skills to integrate SOF principles into their personal and professional lives through experiential learning and personalized projects.
